I Like Hand Made is based in the West Midlands and we ship products within the UK. Our data controller is I Like Hand Made. Information which we collect includes, name, address, and email address. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with GDPR Regulations 2018 and Data Protection Act 1998.

Our website has links to other websites, but I Like Hand Made will not be responsible for any personal information which consumers provide. Sites are not covered by this policy.

We use personal information for a number of reasons, processing order and any refunds, enquiries, despatch of goods, competitions and to inform its customers of any new products should they sign up.

We do not collect PayPal Information. PayPal is our payment processor.
I Like Hand Made have given its customers the option to sign up to our newsletter, however customers can OPT out at any time, and details will be removed.

Part of our delivery processes is to provide our customers with an email confirming despatch of their order. We do not share customers data with any third parties.
